General Terms of Use

TrypTech, LLC is a design firm that develops and designs all manner of documents, design work and web material. All content on the TrypTech, LLC website is owned by the firm including but not limited to: logos, graphic images, and site layout. Once an order for freelance work or a monthly contract is established with TrypTech, LLC, you concur that you are in agreement with and bound by the following terms and conditions.

All work done by TrypTech, LLC for any client including but not limited to documents, design work, websites, graphic images, scripts, and code, unless otherwise established and agreed upon in writing by both TrypTech, LLC and the client, shall be owned and copyrighted by TrypTech, LLC and should not be commercially reproduced or resold without the knowledge and written release and permission of TrypTech, LLC.
TrypTech, LLC is not liable for copyright violations caused by materials and content submitted by the client.
TrypTech, LLC is not liable for costs incurred and/or compensation for loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

Copyright and Trademark Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we ask our TrypTech, LLC users to do the same. If you are a copyright holder and believe that your work has been borrowed/stolen, altered, illegally copied or misused in any other way, please contact us.

Limitation of Liability

TrypTech, LLC is not liable for any illegal activity by site users while said users are utilizing TrypTech, LLC resources. Only the site user will be liable for such infringments.

Trademarks and Tradenames

TrypTech, LLC is a trademark belonging to Robert C. Sibley who may be contacted at: rcsibley @ gmail . com.

TrypTech, LLC content including but not limited to graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks of TrypTech, LLC.
